Do you need a weathertight home inspections or do you need to find a leak?

Infrared thermal moisture inspection is perfect to see what the condition of the inside of the walls are.
Just because you don't see a problem, it doesn't mean there isn't one.
As most leaks are not visually detected for 2 or 3 years after a leak starts this gives plenty of time for the timber to rot and damage the inside structure of your home.

Wouldn't it be a good idea to check for problems now before they have a chance to cause major structure damage.
